Refund policy
Personalized Jewellery: At Riley Watson Jewellery, we take pride in the unique nature of our personalized jewellery, including pieces adorned with engravings or specific designs. Due to their bespoke nature, these items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-Personalized Items: For our non-personalized jewellery, we offer a 30-day return policy for damaged items. This means you have 30 days after receiving a damaged item to initiate a return.
Simple Exchange/Refund Process: Choose between a refund to a Riley Watson Gift Card, which requires no return of the item and is processed immediately, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please provide photographic evidence of the postage receipt and inform us of the products you are returning. We will issue a refund to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned items and the postage receipt, and we will initiate an investigation to enhance our product and service quality.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, items marked “final sale,” or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
